Throughout his career, Razvi has achieved bottom-line results by effectively integrating business processes, people, and technology to improve customer satisfaction, business competitiveness and management control. With over 25 years of experience, Razvi has worked across all operational areas and many industries including financial services, wholesale distribution and retail. Razvi has an MBA from the ICBM School Of Business Excellence.

Abdul Sayeed

CFO

Abdul Sayeed delivered excellent results associated companies in KSA and India in various capacities before moving to S3i Group. He has Bachelors in Finance with additional certifications in relevant environments. He has a proven experience as a CFO, Financial officer and many other relevant Roles and an in-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices with an excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.

As A Chief Financial Officer, he is a senior executive responsible for managing the financial actions of S3i group and his role encompasses various critical aspects of financial management including Financial Planning, Risk Management, Investment Strategies, Capital Structure, Cash Flow Management, Financial Reporting and Forecasting Reports, Finance IT systems, Compliance with legal requirements and company policies and Team Management of financial controllers and Analysists.

Mohammed Vikaruddin

CTO - Healthcare Practice

Mohammad is a management consultant, entrepreneur, and technologist with over 20 years of extensive experience spanning healthcare, insurance, financial services, higher education, and software. Mohammad’s work is focused on enterprise architecture, big data, and cloud computing. As a graduate of the Software development and Masters in Business Administration program, and as a certified Microsoft Solutions Architect, PMP, CSM, AWS Certified Devops Engineer Professional, AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional, and Google Certified Architect, Mohammad provides value as a Solutions architect well versed in implementation of leading-edge Cloud, programming, and database technologies.

Mohammad has held leadership roles in IT strategy, enterprise architecture, software development, technology portfolio rationalization, business process and IT outsourcing, and captive operations setup. Prior to joining S3i Group, Mohammad held several senior IT management roles at companies such as Discover Financial Services, JP Morgan Chase, Accenture, as well as founding a boutique Healthcare IT consulting services company.

Batool Hussain

HR

Graduated with double Bachelor degree in Science and Education and having extensive experience of over 20 years in Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Employment Law and Compliance, Compensation and Benefits and Administration, Payroll & HR Systems.

In the role of HR Manager, Batool Hussain is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources within S3i organization. Her main duties include developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, managing employee relations, and supporting recruitment and hiring processes.

In summary, Batool plays a crucial role in managing various aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance, fostering employee engagement, and supporting the overall success and well-being of the organization and its employees.

Ashfaq Ahmed

Sales

Having a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and an Advance Diploma in Sales & Management his role involves managing a team of sales executives and achieving the team’s sales targets. His key duties and responsibilities associated with his position include Coaching and Mentorship where he provides guidance, to sales team and help them improve their sales skills, product knowledge and customer interaction. He also works to develop effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and collaborate with team members to create and implement successful sales plans. He manages customer relationships by ensuring excellent service and addressing any issues promptly, strive to exceed customer expectations and enhance customer satisfactions. He focuses on evaluating performance of sales staff and provide constructive feedback, recognize achievement and address areas of improvement.

Ashfaq acts as a primary point of contact for the sales team and demonstrate strong leadership skills and effective communications. Being a Sales Team Leader, Ashfaq plays a crucial role in driving sales success and fostering a positive team environment.

Syed Ozair Qasim

Ozair is Solution-oriented and has an ability to initiate conversations and leave a lasting impact. Graduated as a Mechanical Engineering with over 5 years of experience in relevant field, He plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between product development, sales, marketing and customer relations. His primary responsibilities include understanding customer needs, pitching the suitable solutions, actively observing customer behavior to predict future requirements.

He responds to market dynamics and competitor behavior and collaborate closely with the product development team to create sustainable and commercially viable solutions. His role involves collaborating across various verticals, thus playing an active role in relationship building and cultivate lasting relationships with customer at the same time prepare sales proposals and train other sales representatives on the offered solutions.
